How our courses work…
Each free course answers the following questions:
- What are the top 3 most common causes of pain this body part
- What self-test you can do at home to help you determine the cause of your pain
- Three exercises you can do at home to start immediately treating your pain.
You also get a special offer at the end of the third video, so stay tuned for that one! Even if you aren’t having any pain, the courses have great information about your body. They offer excellent maintenance advice if you have had physical therapy for any injury. I would really appreciate your feedback on them, so I welcome any questions. Back Pain Course
This course is for you if…
