2014 Patient of the Year: Greg A.
Who was the Robbins Patient of the Year in 2014? How can you become 2015 Patient of the Year? A Robbins Patient of the Year is a patient who has had a great experience with us, and as a result, tells his friends and family members to come to us so they can get the same great treatment. We are proud to announce that Greg Altonen is the 2014 Robbins Rehabilitation Patient of the Year!
Here is what Greg told his friends and family members …
“I had really bad shoulder pain and a good experience here working with the Robbins folks. They got my shoulder back into balance and had great results with no pain and I am actively doing my sports again. This was a terrific experience for me.”
Greg had referred six patients to Robbins Rehabilitation in the last six months of 2014. Since he was our number one patient referral source, Robbins rewarded him with …
• 8 front row Iron Pigs tickets
• 4 Front row Phantoms tickets
• A Robbins Rehabilitation sweatshirt
• A Robbins Rehabilitation t-shirt
“I referred a bunch of people here. One of my friends had a really bad motorcycle accident and he broke his leg. He had a great experience here with just getting his leg up and working again. I have referred my brother-in-law as well who was having knee pain. I told him to go see the Robbins guys and sure enough he came in and a couple weeks later he was thanking me. My reason for referring people is because I had a great experience.”
Greg was an ideal patient who worked hard and had clear goals set of what he wanted to get out of his time at Robbins Rehabilitation. When he came into the office he was determined to get back to rock climbing as soon as possible but he did not rush his recovery. Travis and the Allentown staff worked with Greg to make a course of treatment that would get Greg the best experience possible.
“They don’t treat you like a number; they treat you more like family.”
This is the goal that Robbins Rehabilitation wants to accomplish with each patient we see. We want to do such a good job treating our patients that they tell everyone they know where to go when they need physical therapy. Did you have a good experience at Robbins Rehab? Do you know anyone else who is complaining of aches and pains with simple everyday tasks? OR someone that stopped all the fun activities they used to do because of pain? Greg loved rock climbing and wanted to get back to it. All it took was a little help from Robbins Rehab and now he is back to rock climbing with his daughter (who by the way was a patient at Robbins Rehab too).
