Industrial Athletes should really be between 90 and 125 grams of protein per day based on a 2000 calorie a day diet. If you’re getting this from meat, this is about 12oz – 16oz of meat a day.
It can look a little different if you are getting it from other sources.
By adding more protein into your diet, you can help your muscles recover from the 8-10 hour workout you are doing every day at work.
