What our patients have to say about us.

“On May 9, 2012 I was involved in a car accident that beat me up pretty severely. I was hospitalized for a month and a half with a displaced fracture in my elbow and an acetabular fracture in my hip that put my femur bone somewhere in my lower abdomen. During my stay at the various Emergency Rooms, ICUs, and rehab facilities there was one glaring worry in the back of my mind: I was getting married September 8, 2012. With a plate and screws in my elbow and a hip reconstruction done within a week of the accident I was already sidelined at least 6 weeks from putting weight through my right leg, and the prospect of me walking for my wedding was not hopeful.
After a total of about 3 months in the hospitals and homecare, I was still only able to use a walker as I didn’t have the balance or strength to support myself. I was discharged to outpatient therapy and knew immediately that Robbins was the place to go. I had been a previous patient with them for a back injury and after having been under the care of about 8 physical therapists throughout the process of my accident recovery I knew first hand that the methods used at Robbins were second to none.
In a month’s time I was using a cane and able to walk steadily with it. Now for the important part, because of the time and effort that Robbins dedicated to me, I was able to walk, and not be rolled, down the aisle. I’m still a ways away from my maximum recovery, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but Robbins. If you happen to go to the Lehigh Valley office you’ll probably see me there fighting my way back to my feet.
The therapists themselves are knowledgable, patient, friendly, active in the community, and have the invaluable ability to draw the best out of you every week. I have had the pleasure to work with people like Rob, Alex, Stacy, and Bryana as well as meet Nick and Travis, and while I could give you hundreds of glowing adjectives I will stick to something simple: They are unequivocally the best.”

“This is my 3rd physical therapy experience. Robbins has definitely been the best. I like the small office size and the direct attention of the therapist. The other 2 facilities were very large and the therapists were working with other clients while covering me. Kelly is very knowledgeable, informative, perceptive, and personable, while still being professional. She answered all my questions, and anticipated some I didn’t ask. The nature of my PT at Robbins made me nervous about who I would work with, what they would be like. Kelly made me very comfortable. The therapy and exercises she helped me with have been very effective and positive. Thanks! The office staff is great too!”

“You guys are fun to be around and truly foster a feeling of caring about your patients. I truly did enjoy my time here. I have received PT at two other places and I honestly can say this is by far my favorite (and you know this is true because one of the previous places I’ve been is owned by a close family friend and I still think here is better). If I know anyone around here that is in need of PT I will absolutely refer them here. Thanks for everything!”

“Kelly was very warm and personable. The entire staff at Robbins was welcoming and helpful. The staff at Robbins was very supportive, concerned, and accommodating, especially with a hectic schedule. Kelly works with patients who come in for a problem that has the potential to become very awkward and uncomfortable. From the first day she made me feel very comfortable. She talked with me in length about how common and normal an issue like this is. After listening to all my concerns and locations of pain, her methods of relieving the pain were noticeably helping from day one. I owe a lot of thanks to her as my husband and I transition into the next phase of our lives. She helped make getting pregnant possible, in a big way. The staff, Kristen, was also very personable. She is the first person you see when you walk in and is always smiling. That is a great thing!”

“It’s encouraging to see that the mass approach with poo quality is not to be found at Robbins Rehabilitation. The approach is individual quality core with the best interest of the patient at heart. Refreshing!!”
