Exercise Description:
Starting with feet about hip width apart, bend your knees slightly and then jump only lifting your feet about an inch or two off the ground. Land softly on the ground and then perform the movement again. Perform suggested amount of reps.

Why is this exercise important?
- Helps increase ability to push off during gait and improves balance.

- Do not perform this exercise if you have pain.
