Tami Cohen offers thoughtfully created, alignment based flows. Maybe you will think about what muscles you use in, say, chaturanga more than you ever have before, but you will still have fun! Tami has been practicing yoga since 2002, and has studied with numerous teachers. She geeks out on all things anatomy and movement, but keeps it simple and very approachable. Tami invites you to become aware of how you move through your poses, how you breathe through your poses, and how to take this awareness off your mat and into your life. Questions and laughter are always encouraged.
